Q1. Analyze the following statement according to the 5 W’s
The current floods have wreaked havoc in Pakistan. It is being stated by sources
that these floods are due to the global warming. Whereas, some sources claim it
was due to mis-management and lack of dams.
(Analyze the above statement and locate the questions).

2. Make the statement concise by omitting extra words:

“The trains are always late” is only true if what it describes is the case, i.e., if it
is actually the case that the trains are always late. This is false in Auckland.
Sometimes trains are on time, and sometimes they are early. Someone may
impatiently complain that the trains are always late to express their exasperation
with the train system, but strictly speaking what they say is false.
