STEPS TO UPLOAD THE FILE

LAPTOP & DESKTOP USERS:

1. Open TEAMS

2.Select your group. (ie) [Grade 2 A 21 – 22]……..

Eg.( The Golden Trio)

3. Select GENERAL Channel & Click on Class Notebook

 4. Click on Navigation pane

5. The Group name with Your name will be displayed.

6. Click on Your name

7. Under you name

different Sections will be
created. (Ie.) Subjects
For eg. Physics

8. Click on Physics
9. Under the Section
no. of Pages will be
displayed.
Eg. Physics L 6
SOUND

10. Click on Physics L 6

SOUND

11. The page with the lesson name will be displayed.

12. Click on the empty

space so as to bring the
CURSOR down.

13. Click INSERT FILE Insert File Printout

 14. Click on Choose File.
15. Select your PDF File ( Eg. Physics L 6 SOUND) from the system and Click Open

16. Click on Insert.

17. Finally Your file is inserted ( Uploaded).

Note:
Make sure that you take the picture of your Note(s) to be uploaded and convert it to PDF

(Use an appropriate scanner app such as Microsoft office Lens- PDF Scanner, Adobe Scan, Document
Scanner, Tap Scanner etc., )
