YRT/Viva travel tips

How to read your Route Navigator
The top row of your schedule shows all major bus stops along
your route. There may be other stops serviced by this route, but
they are not shown due to space limitations. Use the Schedule
Finder on yrt.ca or call us for more bus stop information.
Each bus stop in York Region has a unique four-digit bus stop
number assigned to it. These numbers are posted at your bus stop
and appear in schedules with the bus stop name. Your bus stop
number can be used to quickly access schedule and real-time
information online, by phone, or by emailing RideNow@york.ca
with your bus stop number in the subject line.
The second row of each schedule shows letters that correspond
to major bus stops along your route. Use these letters to help you
locate your stop on the Route Navigator map.
If a symbol or small letter is shown, a special note applies for this
stop, trip or specific departure time. Please reference the schedule
notes displayed at the bottom or to the side of the schedule.
