INTRODUCTION OF THE POLICY ANTI BULLYING

Anti bullying refers to the precaution taken to stop bullying.On more specific scope based on the
definition it means to identify the bullying and the source,preventing it from happening
again.Other than that,on the discussion on why the bullying happened.Lastly to find the solution
to keep it from happening again.It is important to stop bullying as we may know that bullying is an
unwanted threats that shows that in attempt to control the victim that can happen thorugh
physical,psychologically destructive or in other word fatal.Bullying can take place on cell phone or
internet and either at the school or at the home.Based on the statistic,20% of students that in age
between 12-18 are or have been the victims in bullying.Futhermore,in roughly 19.5% of students
in grades 9-12 were the victims of bullying at the school.This also can be concluded that bullying
may involve in many types of bullying which is verbal bullying in use of repeated words which in
intent to humiliate another individual of group.This verbal bullying also includes the use of put
downs,insulting language,name calling,swearing,nasty notes and racist of sexist comments.Other
than that,emotional or psychological bullying also that includes the action of repeated
stalking,threats or implied threats,unwanted email of text massaging,abusive websites and
threats to an individual’s reputation and sense of safety.Futhermore,relational bullying that
means of repeatedly ostracising others by leaving them out of convincing others to exclude in
other words to reject another individual or group in making up or spreading some false rumors
and sharing or threatens to share another’s personal information.Moreover,physical bullying that
mostly we know about the repetitive low level hitting,kicking,pinching,pushing,tripping,ganging up
on unwanted physical or sexual touching and damage to personal property.In more serious cases
violent behaviours are not necessarily being treated as bullying and maybe it will be better
managed through the school’s discipline processes.Lastly,the action of cyber bullying that mostly
involves the use of information and communication technologies in such platform like the
email,text,messages,instant messaging and the websites to engage in the bullying of other
individuals or groups.This type of technology involved the alternative means for verbal,relational
and psychological forms of bullying.This bullying quite happens a lot because of students can be
bullied through the differences in because of them being clever or popular in the school which can
be concluded that others students are being jealous of other people achievement which leads to
them to bully the innocent person.This also can be caused by differences in race,sexuality,religion
and disabilities and abilities,weight and height which means anything that shows the differences
in between one child and another.The condition of the students that always bullying other
students may have a reason in which they are sometimes having problems in life whether it’s
family issues that leads them to bullying or being unhappy.These people may try to make up for
the lack of attention that they get in which the power or the love in their lives.This can be
concluded that by solving that problem they might attempt to do bullying because by this it can
make them to get rid of their stress and the tension they are facing in life.In order to do so they
need to feel powerful and seem to enjoy harming others but they don’t know what are the victims
of the feels when they are being bullied.In conclusion,bullying can caused from the belief that it is
okay to act in a way of harming others.While in fact,it is not okay to bully others and the bullies
don’t even know what they did was bullying behaviour or they don’t on how much harm and
anxiety that they cause to the victim.
