I. Meeting

•It talks about the Extension services 4.1 to 13

•The director of the extension management office oversees five areas, including assistance,
extension evaluation, leakages, information technology, community connections, and
outreach

•Expect differences when you visit due to a streamlining approach that has been approved
by the board.

• The procedure prior to board approval is discussed. Only after the board's approval will it
become an executive order.

•Evidence was provided on stakeholder participation.

•Continues to 4.2 and discusses the number of technologies that have been adopted and
commercialized.

•Externally supported institutions were questioned, but no one supplied an estimate

because it is unmanaged and monies are not always declared.

•The percentages represent faculties, staff, and students. They also needed to clarify
terminologies for improved comprehension.

•All of the extension services are provided free of charge, and they never handle monies
directly.

•Extension services' impact on output

•Impact studies must be documented, and if they are not, the implemented extension will be
moved to another community.
