FATHER MOLINA IN ACOPIA

Lord mayor Armando Yucra, Sister Heydi, dear teachers, classmates, parents and with
everyone, I cordially welcome you to the twenty-fifth anniversary of our didascalio school.

Now, I am going to talk about the priest Molina in Acopia.

Priest Molina arrived to Cusco with the objetive of helping the poorest towns and one of them
was Acopia. When the priest arrived at the town of Acopia, he saw that there was a lot of
poverty and that many of the population didn´t know God, so he talk to them about God.

He loved God very much, the Virgin Mary and the Holy Sacrament. The priest Molina made
material and spiritual works in acopia. The material works are this school, the temple, where
today we attend mass. The spiritual works is that he made us know God. That is why we say
that he is the image of God.

We are always and will be grateful to him for helping the people of Acopia. Thanks to him we
can study at the Didascalic school. We as students are committed to sharing all the wisdom of
priest Molina. thank you so much.
