above, as a matter of fact I am the initially assigned person on this case authorized by my brothers
and sisters for filling, you can verify it in your records that all the subpoena/notices was addressed
to my name and only resumed by my brother HENRY V. SALARDA since I was not able to attend
the latter hearings due to my employment overseas.
These documents are being requested for the following reasons:
1. We did not receive any Final Decision or Order from your office after the Compromise
Agreement dated on July 08, 2015;
2. We need to comply for submission of the said documents for the application over lot no.
2271 at the office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources;
3. To preserve the said documents and safeguard our rights thereto.
