AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, ANGELITA SOLSONA, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of

Brgy. Lictin, San Andres, Catanduanes after having been sworn to in accordance
with law do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the private complainant in NPS No. V-II-INQ-19E-00074,

entitled, The People of the Philippines vs. JEFFREY BERMEJO y
SALES a.k.a. dags, for Homicide;

2. That prior to the filing of the aforesaid case, I am misled and misguided
by the information gathered from some sources which were
unsubstantiated by any clear and concrete proof;

3. That the issue or controversy that arose in this complaint, brought

about by the alleged incident, was just a product of misapprehension of
facts, as the negligent acts were not proven and determined with
certainty;

4. That with the foregoing premises, I am no longer interested in the

pursuing the above mentioned case;

5. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the veracity of the

foregoing statements and to affirm that the same are true and correct
to the best of my knowledge and belief, specifically, for the
withdrawal of this case before your Office, and for all legal intents
and purposes this may serve;
