    Dear Father,
    Greetings!

    I am writing this letter of proposal in relation with my suggestion during the liturgical music
    ministry meeting held in our office last month together with the liturgical music ministry head,
    coordinator and trainer. We all know that the Holy Family Children’s Choir was a newly formed group
    and has no existing fund at all. In this reason, I suggest that the ministry will provide an amount of two
    hundred pesos(P200) every Sunday in which I believe that everyone was agree to my suggestion and
    came up to write this letter to you as a formal proposal.
    The said amount will become the existing fund of the group and will cover expenses like snacks,
    fare, choir materials and other activities in the future. I will be a big help to cater the financial needs of
    the group while developing their skills in music to the service of the church.
