    Each sentence and paragraph should follow logically from the one before and it is

    important that you do not force your reader to make the connections. Always make
    these connections clear signposting where the argument or discussion is going next.

    Although the points you are making may seem obvious to you, can they be more clearly
    and simply stated?

    It is also worth bearing in mind that the marker of your work may have a lot of other,
    similar pieces of work to mark and assess. Try to make yours easy to read and follow –
    make it stand out, for the right reasons!
