Roentgen (R) is exposure (Dedahan) unit.

Gray (Gy) is absorbed dose (Dos Terserap) unit.
Sievert (Sv) is equivalent dose (Kesetaraan Dos) or effective unit.
However we can relate each other by using these:

1R ≈ 8.7 mGy
1 sv ≈ 1 Gy
100R ≈ 1Sv
Note: ≈ Equivalent
