The Invigilators are informed to do the invigilation duty properly as per norms. All the exam halls will be under Live CCTV Surveillance. Live IP is already given to the university. The University can do Live Monitoring during the exams, External person from university side will Visit the exam halls during the exam, 3 Bags, Books, Notes, Study Materials, Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are strictly Prohibited inside the exam halls, 4. Any types of malpractice (cheating, Coping) are strictly prohibited during the exams, 5+ The Invgilators can’t use mobile phones inside the exam halls. They can keep mobile phones with them in silent mode. 6. No student will be allowed to goto the washroom during first one hour of exam, 7. A student may be allowed to go to the washroom for maximum of 2 times (S minutes duration only), 8. Thestudents may be allowed to leave the exam hall after 4:30 PM only, 9. The invgiators should check whether the students have the org Registrar and Registration Certificate with them. The Student mus ‘arrangement, Admit Card attested by st follow the proper seat 10, The Invigiator should check whether the students have filed properly all the particulars of sags aeibt® After checking all the fils, the inviglatars wil have to sign ithe ‘appropriate place 11. All the Invigilators must report to the exam, 1m cell 15 minutes before the starting of 12. 1f any discrepancy is found oF any unwanted incident happens inside t lovigilators should Inform to the exam cell immediately exam hall, the 13. All the invigilators should be punctual and follow the Instruction for the university semester ‘exam properly, 14, All the faculty member s are strictly prohibited from doing gossiping, conspiracy and Broupism against the department as well as the college, Involvement In such type of activities will not be entertained. any faculty member Is found Involved In such type of activities, strict disciplinary action will be taken agalnst the faculty member 15. After the class / Lab and Invigilation duty , the faculty members should be available in thelr assigned faculty cabin during the college hours except the lunch time ( 12:50 pm to 01:40 pm). 16, The faculty members are not supposed to go to the outside of the college campus during the college hours except the lunch time ( 12:50 pm to 01:40 pm) without taking written permission from the HOD. . The faculty members can take short leave or early leave for emergency purpose maximum two times In a month after taking written permission from the HOD & the Principal 18, No verbal communication regarding short leave & early leave will be entertained. 19, Departmental Matters / Minutes’ Minutes should be kept confidential. 20.
