Examination Cell

 GUIDELINES,DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF INVIGILATORS :

1. All the invigilators are requested to report the examination control room at 09: 45am positively.
2. They must collect the exact number of question papers and answer scripts.
3. On reaching the examination hall :
i) They must ensure that only the bonafide candidates are present inside the hall.
ii) They must ensure that no one is carrying with them any electronic gadgets or mobile
phones.
iii) They must ensure that each candidate is occupying their own seat pasted on the desk by
exam cell.
iv) Invigilators are requested to ensure that each candidate must bring their University
Registration card and duly signed Admit card along with them.

4. After verifying that candidate has written their University roll number on the answer script,
then invigilator must put their signature on the specified space for the same.
5. No candidate should be allowed to enter the Examination halls after 15 minutes
commencement of the examination.
6. Maximum two times, examinee may be allowed for wash room during the examination.
7. On completion of the examination, no candidate should be allowed to leave the hall till the
answer sheets are collected from all examinees as well as the count is to be verified and found
to be OK. They should then arrange the answer scripts in the ascending order of their
University Roll Number.
8. All invigilator are requested not to use the mobile phone and maintain the examination sanctity
inside the examination hall.
