Important Instructions for the candidates


1. The candidate is advised to check that Admit Card must contain requisite details such as photograph, signature, course applied for, student
registration ID , Exam centre details. In case of any discrepancies observed, the same to be brought to the notice to NBER, RCI immediately
through e-mail at rehabcouncilindia.2022@gmail.com or Call our Helpline Number at 9650102957, 9650970295. Admit card is valid only for
the examination date and the centre/venue mentioned on the Admit Card.

2. The candidate is required to produce a hard copy of the Admit Card along with any valid original photo ID card. Failing which the candidate
will not be permitted to enter in the Test Centre

3. The candidate may visit the Test Centre a day or two before the test to avoid any inconvenience on the day of the Test.

4. The candidate is required to report at the Test Centre at least 45 minutes before the commencement of the Test.

5. Entry to the Test Centre will commence 30 minutes before the time specified for the commencement of the Test in each session. All
candidates should be inside the Test Centre 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the Test. No candidate shall be permitted to enter in
the hall after commencement of the Test.

6. Candidate will not be permitted to leave the Test Centre till the Test is over.

7. Candidates should carefully read and follow the instructions that appear on the computer screen before start of the Test.

8. The examination will be in English language & Regional Language . It will be an MCQ on CBT of two hours duration.

9. Candidate may Log in by using the user ID and password provided by Centre Superintendent. Before starting the test check that name of
the candidate is appears at the top left hand corner of the screen.

10. The candidate is required to mark their attendance at the Registration Help Desk of the Examination Centre by showing their Admit Card.
After registering, occupy the seat assigned by the Test Centre.

11. The candidate will not be able to download, print or open any other application and access any website at their allotted PC during the Test.

12. In case the computer allotted to you crashes or develops some problem, bring it to the notice of the invigilator immediately. The invigilator
will organize another computer. The time on the new computer will start from the time the test stopped in your earlier computer so that
there is no loss of time of the candidate.

13. Candidate will be expelled from the examination if found indulged in any malpractice such as copying or receiving or giving assistance.

14. Candidates are allowed to carry Pen/pencil. Blank A4 size paper shall be provided at the Centre for any rough work/calculations.
Candidates is required to write their registration ID immediately on the blank sheet . Upon receipt and to submit it back to the invigilator
immediately at the end of the Test.

15. No eatables are allowed in the Test Centre.

16. All candidates must follow the instructions of the Centre Superintendent and the invigilator(s) at all stages of the Test.

17. Smoking, chewing of tobacco, betels, intoxicants, eatable items Mobile phones and other electronic devices etc. are strictly prohibited in
the Test hall.

18. The Test Centre will not make any arrangement for the safe keeping of mobile phones, electronic gadgets, bags or any other item
pertaining to candidates.

19. The Centre Superintendent has absolute power to expel a candidate from the Test Centre if, in his opinion, a candidate has misbehaved or
has obstructed him/her or any other official on examination duty in carrying out his/her duties.

20. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the framing of a question or options provided in the question paper, the same can be reported through
online objection panel within the stipulated timeframe as per notification.

21. Test Centres have been advised to frisk candidates before allowing them entry to the Test Centre to ensure that candidates do not carry
items like mobile phones, pen drives and/or any electronic/smart gadgets, or other prohibited items into the Centre. Candidates are
required to co- operate with the examination conducting authorities. Candidates who do not allow frisking can be denied entry to the Test
Centre.

22. No Change of Exam Centre / Test Centre will be permitted in any circumstances. No request shall be entertained in this regard.

23. If the examination does not commence at the scheduled time or there is delay due to failure of power, a technical snag or whatsoever
nature or for any such reason having bearing upon the conduct of examination, candidates must:
Wait till resumption of power supply/solving of technical snag.
Follow instructions given by the Centre Superintendent.
In such cases, the time lost till the resumption of the Test will be compensated.

24. 24. The facility of scribe and compensatory time to PWD candidates shall be applicable as per office memorandum no 29-6/2019-DD-III
dated 10.08.2022 of DEPwD, M/oSJ&E, GOI. Candidates are advised to download the said memorandum from this link
