My name is, and I am from HN. I have recently complete a Engineering’s degree in
Electronics and Telecommunication from HN University of science and technology.
Early in my school life, I recognized my interest in Coding and I pursued this field to
realize my vision of solving problem for client and get more exp .
I learn English and Germany and can understand both lenguage. My hobbies include
reading book and earn programming certificate .

strength
I am very good at mathematics and anything numbers-related. This is why I started to get
into coding and I am already a fairly experienced c# .net backend developer..

weakness
I sometimes have difficulties with time management and I end up spending much of my
personal time working or studying and ran out of time of deadline. However, this is
something that I constantly work on, with better results each day.

Experience
During my internship, I got to work on different projects, from which I learned
teamwork,personal skill and public speaking skills which can help me at my work in the
role I’m applying for. And the experience I gained during my internship prepared me as a
professional and sharpened my communication and collaborative skills.  

Expectation
It is a very difficult question to answer from my position, as my lack of workplace
experience prevents me from knowing exactly what the market is for this role. However,
it would be a huge career step to work for your organization and I am sure my skills and
determination can be beneficial to the team.

Motivation
I am motivated by success, as I know how rewarding it can be. I also know it doesn't
come overnight and to have a good career in this industry I have to work hard every day
and gradually improve my skills.

Choose field/Change to new field

I was a electronic engineering , in Early college life i find out that I not match with
electronic designer. And one of my best friend's —he was a successful developer in the
software industry, and he was the one who encouraged me to explore opportunities in the
industry.And i try it and find out that i like to solving problem with programing
language ,along with the guidance my instructors provided while in school, that
confirmed software dev was the right path for me

Plan
My long-term goal is to work in a business analyst position. One of the things that
attracted me to your company is the fact that you tend to promote from within.
