software products available on GeM and confirmed that the technical specifications of
the proposed software of HCL AppScan Standard & Source with 2 years of
license meet the laid down technical requirements of the project "Procurement of
Infra User Driven Interactive Vetting".

(c) Specific User Reguirements The specific user requirements for the
project "Procurement of Infra User Driven Interactive Vetting" are not reflected
adequately in the bid generated on GeM which may resuit in sellers bidding with
products incapable of meeting the user's Technical Requirements, leading to
functionally inadequate software. Hence PAC procurement is essential.
3. M/s Trident Information Systems Pvt Ltd, M/s MicroGensis TechSoft Pvt Ltd,
Mis Cadmaxx Solutions Pvt Ltd and M/s HCL Global Processing System Ltd or any
other authorized dealers/stockists/distributors of the OEM/original service provider of the
software HCL AppScan Standard & Source with 2 years of license', would be considered
for procurement through GeM.

4 Concurrence of Integrated Finance Wing to the proposal has been obtained vide
IFA (Q&M) Note 12 dt 05 Aug 2022.

5 Grant of this PAC has been approved by ADGMO, as the competent authority, vide
Note 10 dt 21 Jul 2022.
