INSTRUTIONS FOR PLAYERS REGISTRATION

Article 1.

Registration of players for CNFA organized by the League of American Football (hereinafter: LEFA) is
carried out according to the Registration Rulebook, the CNFA Propositions and the decisions of the LEFA
Board. All tasks related to the registration of players in the LEFA are performed by the Commissioner.
The player will be registered only if all necessary documents are submitted to the Commissioner are
there are no other obstacles to registration.

Article 2.

To register a player following documents needs to be submitted:

1. Players photograph, preferably on white background, dimensions 500x500 pixels in JPG format.
2. Scanned ID or passport. All the data should be blurred except photograph, name, and date of
birth in JPG or PDF format.
3. Scanned medical certificate in JPG or PDF format
4. Scanned signed consent or contract (unnecessary data can be blurred) in JPG or PDF format. The
consent or contract, for players under 18 years of age, must be signed by a parent or guardian.
5. All necessary documents that will prove that “homegrown” player is resident of Romania for at
least two years and has never played American football outside Romania in JPG or PDF format.
Article 3.

Since players registration for season 2022 will be done manually, files should be shared as following:

 Team will submit Excel or Word file that contains First name, Middle name, Last name, date of
birth. Imports and homegrown players should be marked specially.
 Every player needs to have separate folder which contains all relevant documents described in
Article 3.
 For easier sharing, using Google Drive is recommended. Team will create one folder, containing
players folders, and share link via email or WhatsApp.

Article 4.

 Documents for first round must be submitted until September 1st, at midnight
 Roster update is possible every week, documents needs to be submitted until Thursday on game
week until midnight.
 Update is possible until October 20th, at midnight. After that deadline, the rosters are locked and
further changes are not possible until the end of the competition.
