SOPs for Error-free scrutiny

1. The role and duty of supervisor of scrutiny committee:

i. To supervise the whole process


ii. To ensure error-free checking
iii. To ensure the transparency
iv. To divide the applications for scrutiny among the members
v. To ensure timeline.

2. The members of scrutiny committee will ensure the following as under:

(i) Enforcing eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement the following


respective posts.

(ii) Guidelines provided by the supervisor of the scrutiny committee.

(iii) Ensuring time-line

(iv) Updating the soft data of applicants as per the status of applications by mentioning
the reason of ineligibility.

3. If someone has incomplete documents as mentioned in the advertisement, it will stand


ineligible. Moreover, every post has its own criteria and conditions, thus advertisement will be
considered checklist. (Therefore, this branch cannot provide common checklist as every post
has different criteria of eligibility).

4. Partially filled forms will not be considered eligible and insufficient document.

5. Updated List of Sindh (U) and Sindh (R) areas (districts/tehsil wise) (Annexure Flag-A-B).

6. Updated List of Ex-FATA areas (agencies/districts/frontier region) (Annexure Flag-C).

7. Updated List of KP (districts/tehsils), Annexure (Flag-D).

8. Updated List of AJK (districts/tehsils), Annexure (Flag-E).

9. Detailed rule of upper age relaxation limit, (Annexure Flag-F).

10. Generally, list of Applicants (Soft copy) are always provided to the scrutiny committee.

11. This branch has already distributed the applicants (category wise) among the different
scrutiny committee groups, (Annexure Flag-G).

12. The task of scrutiny committee is considered as additional responsibility, so that


concerned officers / officials cannot be relieved from routine assignments of their respective
branches.
