 Since it involves assigning jobs to the appropriate people at the appropriate
time, staffing is important. Staffing is important for the smooth and efficient
operation of any organization since employees are its most valuable asset.
Each employee would be assigned to the ideal position in accordance with
their abilities, talents, and specializations if the workplace were properly
staffed. Manpower is used effectively in this manner.

resources enables the business to adapt successfully to shifting market
conditions, including those brought on by the regulatory environment, rivalry,
and technology. It also guarantees the best possible use of the existing human
resources.
 Using human resource planning, a business can determine how many
personnel are needed to reach its objectives and meet the demands of each
department. It helps the organization cut costs and time while ensuring that the
correct employees are placed in the appropriate roles.

4. What is the implication of the cost of the “wrong decision” in the selection
process?
 The resulting impact on the company is low, and the selecting procedure is
apparently made simple.
5. How may the two general types of training be described?
 On-the-job training and Off-the-job training are two different types of training.
During on-the-job training, candidates are actually trained on the floor and at a
desk in a real-world setting, whereas off-the-job training includes theoretical
lessons about the company.
