You have been provisionally placed in the merit list as wait listed applicant to take admission into the
two years, Master in Computer Application (MCA) offered by IIIT for the academic session 2022-23
against the seat under NIMCET exam category, on the basis of your performance in the entrance
examination, which was held on 16.07.2022 and information provided by you for eligibility criteria in
response to the notice no. 939/IIIT dated 08.08.2022.

You are required to take admission the said programme on 16.09.2022 by depositing the required fees
and submitting the following documents to IIIT BHUBANESWAR office by person. The original
documents will be returned to you in person after the admission process is completed. You are required
to submit the documents in person by maintaining COVID-19 guidelines as issued by the Government.

Applicant reports first will be considered for admission first.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

1. The intimation letter in original/download from mail;

2. Rs. 57,000.00 in shape of ‘Demand Draft’ drawn in favour of ‘Director, IIIT, BHUBANESWAR’ payable
at ‘ANY SBI BRANCH’ (Code Number – 6672); Or direct deposit in the SBI A/C No. 31160735339 in
favour of ‘Director, IIIT, BHUBANESWAR’ through money transfer / NEFT (IFSC Code - SBIN0006672,
MICR Code - 768002009) and the proof of deposit. The name and Form no. of the student should be
written on the back side of the draft/e-receipt. Any other mode of payment shall not be accepted.
3. College Leaving Certificate (CLC) and Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended (in original,
to be retained in IIIT).
4. Original mark sheets and certificates starting from Xth to last qualifying examinations for verification.
5. Migration Certificate in original for candidate passing from other Board/University (Except CHSE
Odisha, SCTE&VT Odisha and Sambalpur University). In case the parent Board / University is not
providing the migration certificate at the time of admission, the admission of candidate will still be
allowed if he/she gives an undertaking to produce the same latest by 31st January, 2023.
6. Five self-attested passport size coloured photographs
7. Caste Certificate in original for verification in case of SC/ST candidates (if applicable).

8. Certificate regarding disability in original for verification in case of PWD candidates (if applicable).
9. Original certificate regarding any other claim like NCC, NSS, etc. mentioned in the information
brochure.
10. One photo copy of each of the above mentioned mark sheets and certificates for record of the
institute.
