Gass Boulevard Nashville, TN 37216 RE: TBI Case No: NA-5U-000051 (LE-A) John Kyle Robish (LE-A) Leonard Michael Spadaveechia (LE-A) John Paul Timm (O-A) Senquarius Demonta Williams Closure Letter Dear Agent Houk: ‘Thank you for meeting with Deputy District Attomey Amy Hunter, Deputy District Attorney Roger Moore and me about this incident. After reviewing your investigative file and discussing the matter with you, it is our opinion the shooting death of Senquarius Demonta Williams was beyond any doubt a case of justifiable homicide. The video footage, particularly the in-car camera video, establishes that the Metropolitan Nashville Police Officers who discharged their weapons did so after and while Senquarius Williams was shooting at them. Their actions were not only in justifiable self-defense of themselves but also were in defense of each other and in defense of one or more private citizens whose lives were placed in jeopardy by Senquarius Williams. Therefore, based on the facts as they are known to exist, I request the TBI close the above referenced case, Please let me know if you have any questions. WG Glenn R.
