Requirements

● If not incorporated in overseas, CTC copies are

required.

● should be within 6 months of submission date.

● All the beneficial owners (owning more than

25% of the shares) should be indicated.

● Connected parties include UBOs/ directors /

partners / any natural person having executive
authority
Board Resolution can be signed off by corporate
secretary if more than 5 directors / partners /
executive personnel / UBOs

eg. recent 6 months bank statement under

company name

● Certificate of Good Standing is required where necessary. ✘

● Check the incorporation status against independence source like

public registry.

● Business address can be different with the incorporation address as

long as evidence could be provided.
● POA includes but not limited to:
- Bank statements; or
- Utility/Telecom bills; or
- Tax assessment; or
- Letter issued by the banks or the government departments etc.

● Identify the shareholders with more than 25% of the shares

● Identify the parent/subsidiary company

Must identify
- name of UBO
- date and place of birth;
- address;
- contact number or information;
- citizenship or nationality;
