System Pre-Requirements

Before Downloading the Gateway, be sure to verify System

1 Requirements to avoid connection Issues

Server or Computer (always ON) Browsers

• Server with Microsoft Windows 64bits • Microsoft IE 10,11
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 or CentOS 7 • Mozilla Firefox 39.0
• At least 2 cores and 4Gb RAM • Google Chrome 43.0
• 2 Gb of hard disk space • Safari
* Gateway v1.1.0 was tested in Microsoft Server Minimmun screen resolution 1024x768
2008 R2 SP1, 2012 SP1 and 2016. It requires
255Mb of hard disk space and the server keeps Smartphone
a max of 8 days of data, 128Mb / day. • iPhone 4S or later
• iOS 8.0 or higher

Step 1: You can log into URL: www.ecostruxureit.com and click on Get Started.
Note : Check the system requirement before Installing the Gateway

Step 2: Fill all the details and Once the registration is completed, the Ecostruxure Gateway Account is
created and click on go to Login

Step 3: Give Username and Password which was given at the time of registration and Click Login.
Step 4: After successful Login you have to Install the Ecostruxure IT mobile app from play store

Step 5: Click on I’ve already downloaded and it will be redirected to QR scan has to be completed after
installing mobile app and make a note of recovery code (which is important in case you lose the
password)

Step 6: It will send the push notification to Mobile App and click on Allow, and it will redirect to the
manage portal where we can download the Gateway.

Step 7: After Completion of Gateway Download, Open the browser and give the URL as
https://localhost/dce or Click on Ecostruxure Gateway Icon
Step 8: Give Username : admin
Password : admin ( then it will ask to create new password )

Step 9: Click on more option and click on Discovery ( We are connecting the devices to Gateway)

Step 10: Click on create discovery and give the device details and click on Run ,device will be connected
successfully and it will show as per the below image.

 Step 11: After adding the devices click on the Ecostruxure IT and we can see the Gateway Registration
status and click on register it will be redirecting to other page.
Step 12 : Login by giving username and password it will ask the Gateway Name ( Give any name) and click
on connect

Step 13: You can click on Ecostruxure IT in the Gateway Dashboard and we can see the status Registered
and Communicating.

Note : If the Ecostruxure Gateway is not communicating with the services then make sure that
Proxy settings are correct to communicate to our Cloud Servers
