Abstract-The study aims at defining the concept of
business intelligence and its technologies, its role for
enhancing requirements of knowledge management.
The study included two basic variables, the first (the
independent variable), business intelligence
technologies, and it included three sub-dimensions:
(ETL technology, OLAP technology, DM
technology). As for the second major variable (the
adopted variable), it is the requirements of
knowledge management, and it has three sub-
dimensions which are (providing the necessary
infrastructure represented by technology, providing
the necessary human resources, organizational
leadership). The study population consisted of
lecturers at Northern Technical University and some
of its formations. A simple random sample was
selected, where (65) questionnaires were distributed,
(58) questionnaires were retrieved. The study was
based on the analytical descriptive approach using
the statistical software package (SPSS, V24).
In light of this, the following question was
determined to be the limits of the study problem as
follows: (What is the role of business intelligence
techniques in enhancing requirements of knowledge
management?).
A hypothetical scheme has been developed that
shows the nature of the relationship between the two
dimensions with their variables. It was clarified by a
set of hypotheses, the study reached a set of
conclusions, the most important of which are: 1.
Verify the existence of a correlation found between
business intelligence techniques and requirements of
knowledge management. 2- Achieve a significant
impact of business intelligence techniques and
requirements of knowledge management. The study
concludes with a set of recommendations necessary
for the organizations concerned with the study,
perhaps the most important of them, the need for
paying attention to the application of business
intelligence techniques for the purpose of enhancing

requirements of knowledge management in business
organizations, as well as providing a set of proposals
for areas of future studies related to the variables of
the current study.
Key words: information technology, business

I. INTRODUCTION
Business intelligence techniques are considered
one of the important technologies in their various
applications in organizations, it is used to
integrate and analyze data, find unknown
relationships to data, and discover important
indicators. Business intelligence techniques are
invested as a set of technologies, methods,
scientific styles and applications based on
knowledge-forming processes. As studies indicate
that business intelligence was used in different
fields, starting from the operations of wood
exporting, down to exploration of space. As
indicated by the study of [1]. That was conducted
in a wood export company, which confirmed that
business intelligence can be empowered through
its architecture. It can adapt and integrate with the
existing transaction system in the above company.
It can be used in commercial banks as indicated
by the study of [2]. It was applied in the medical
field according to the study of [3]. In addition to
that, it can be invested in telecommunications
companies, according to the study of [4]. [5]
indicated the need to use business intelligence
applications, which is an enabler and a change in
the course of space science. As the challenge
facing the organizations under study, how to
invest in business intelligence techniques as a
contribution for enhancing the requirements of

important business intelligence techniques and the
most common of all (ETL, OLAP technology,
DM) [6].
Knowledge management is also considered one of
the modern methods of management and has
become a factor affecting the success and
distinction of organizations, through planning,
organizing and coordinating knowledge and assets
related to knowledge capital as a management
method that depends on building a knowledge
base with the organization, on the basis of
converting the information and experiences
possessed by the organization and its employees
into a digital form that can be transferred and
stored among employees at different
administrative levels. Then achieving suitability
and harmony for this knowledge and its
requirements, which include (availability of
technology, availability of necessary human
resources, organizational leadership). Then benefit
of them as effectively as possible. This is what the
studies that dealt with knowledge management
and its requirements indicated. The study of [7]
showed the contribution of applying the
requirements of knowledge management for
developing the administrative system in
universities, Which leads to increase efficiency.
The study of [8] demonstrated the importance of
knowledge management in developing
institutional performance. The study of [9] pointed
to the role of knowledge management in
improving educational performance in
universities.
The organizations under study face many
problems due to the lack of experience and
organizing, in some of decision-makers or
unwillingness to renew and keep pace with
technological development. In addition, in the
actual reality, decision-makers have multiple
options from possible alternatives to make a
decision regarding a specific problem, this makes
it difficult for them to choose the best alternative
without the use of fast programming techniques.
Hence the need to harness modern technologies
and employ them to arrange the vast amount of
data, to improve the cognitive performance of
business organizations, especially business
intelligence technologies that include (ETL
technology, OLAP technology, DM technology).
The adoption of requirements of knowledge
management in educational organizations is of
great importance if it is applied efficiently and
effectiveness. It will lead to improving the ability
of educational organizations in making decisions
and develop their products such as curricula, and

scientific study, providing better academic and
administrative services, in addition to reducing
costs.
In light of the above, the study included four axes,
the first includes the study methodology, the
second includes a theoretical framing of the two
variables of study (business intelligence
techniques) and (requirements of knowledge
management), the third contained the applied
aspect of describing the study community, its
sample, and testing hypotheses, the study was
concluded with its fourth axis, recommendations
and proposals for future studies.
II. METHODOLOGY
A. Statement of the Problem
Organizations depend on producing knowledge
and investing in human capital, knowledge have
become the cornerstone of the organization's
business operations, it is also one of the important
measures in measuring the sophistication and
strength of organizations, as the most valuable
alternative to tangible material items and assets,
our study problem appears in the challenge facing
organizations, which is the technological
challenge that includes the design and use of
smart information systems that help the
organization with its members in enhancing
requirements of knowledge management. The
study problem can be identified by answering the
following questions:
1) What is the level of business intelligence
techniques in the organizations under study?
2) What is the level of knowledge management
requirements in the organizations under study?
3) What is the nature of the relationship between
business intelligence techniques and the
requirements of knowledge management in the
organization under study?
4) Do business intelligence techniques enhance
the requirements of knowledge management in the
organization under study?
B. The importance of study
x Identifying the topic of business intelligence
technologies, which is considered as one of the
important topics in the field of knowledge
management.
x Directing the attention of organizations,
especially educational, on the role and
importance of business intelligence
technologies as an enhancing tool for
implementing requirements of knowledge
management.
x This study takes its importance from
addressing the issue of the role of business
intelligence techniques in supporting and
enhancing the requirements of knowledge
 management in the organization under study,
with an emphasis on a field study that include
the presidency of the Northern Technical
University and some of its formations.
C. Study`s objectives
The study seeks to achieve the following:
x Increase theoretical and field knowledge in
the organizations under study on the concept
of business intelligence and its techniques, as
well as introducing them to the concept of
knowledge management and
requirements.
x Determining the nature of the role of
business intelligence techniques
enhancing the requirements of knowledge
management through correlation and impact
relationships between them.
D. Study Planner
Requires systematic treatment of the study
problem and its hypotheses, requires building an
integrated chart that shows the relationship
between the main variables and the sub-
dimensions of the study, which indicate
perceptions and initial answers to her hypotheses.
The current study adopted a hypothetical scheme
that shows the logical relationship between the
independent variables and the dependent
variables.

E. Study hypotheses
The first main hypothesis: There is a significant
correlation between business intelligence
techniques and requirements of knowledge
management. This hypothesis is divided into the
following: - There is a significant correlation
between each technique of business intelligence
techniques and requirements of knowledge
management.
The second main hypothesis: There is a significant
impact of business intelligence techniques in
requirements of knowledge management. Emanate
from it the following sub hypothesis:- There is a
significant impact of each technique of business
intelligence technologies in requirements of
knowledge management.

F. Study limits
First: Spatial boundaries: The study included the
presidency of the Northern Technical University
and some of its formations (Technical
Engineering College, Administrative Technical
College, Mosul Technical Institute, Nineveh
Technical Institute).
Second: Time limits: The duration of the study
conducted by researchers was determined from
1/7/2020 until 20/9/2020.
its G. Study methods and tools
The study relied on the analytical descriptive
approach because it suites the nature of the study,
in its goals and questions. The coverage of the
theoretical part was based on available sources
and Arab and foreign studies related to the study
topic. In addition to relying on the World Wide
Web for information (the Internet) to cover the
subject, as for the application, it relied on the
questionnaire form as the main tool for study.
Represented by the lecturers of the Northern
Technical University and some of its formations,
where a random sample of (65) lecturers were
taken, from them (58) questionnaires were
retrieved for statistical analysis. The researchers
analyzed the data using the SPSS statistical
analysis program. Some of the statistical analyzes
used were such as frequency distributions,
percentages, arithmetic means, standard
deviations, correlation coefficient, multiple
regression, use of (t) test, use of (f) test.
The items of this field were designed using the
(five-point Likert) scale, which included the
following degrees of use: (5) Strongly agree, (4)
Agree, (3) Somewhat agree, (2) Disagree, (and 1)
Strongly disagree.

III: BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
A. What is business intelligence
Organizations must search for the tools through
which they want to achieve effective performance,
as the adoption of the concept of business
intelligence represents one of those important
tools, [10] defined business intelligence as the
process of collecting and transforming
organizations' disaggregated data into knowledge
about goals. [11] specified that business
intelligence is a group of information systems and
technologies, supporting administrative decision-
making or scientific oversight, by providing
information on internal and external operations.
The importance of business intelligence is
evidenced by it [4] in Using Technology to

 Collect Data, In order to improve efficiency and
empowering employees in the organization to
obtain the information they need to do business
efficiently and effectiveness, the ability to
analyze, and the ease of sharing this information
with others. [2] explains that business intelligence
aims at the following:( Strategic thinking,
planning to meet business requirements, reducing
and simplifying the time of work that leads to the
integration of knowledge, standardize efficient
access to data by employees).
B. Business intelligence techniques
Business intelligence allows the use of many
technologies that aid in data collection,
integration, processing and analysis. As [12]
indicated that business intelligence techniques are
the key to the integration and management of
business processes, which are a combination of
technology, data and processes, which constitutes
a package of software that has been developed to
fill the gaps and complete the work that needs a
level of efficiency and effectiveness. [13] defined
business intelligence techniques as a group of
technologies that work to extract knowledge from
databases. This knowledge enables organizations
to make strategic, tactical and operational
decisions for managerial levels. Researchers
views differ regarding business intelligence
technologies. Researchers opinions of the most
important of these technologies will be reviewed,
as shown in Table (1):

Based on that, researchers will adopt technologies
(ETL, OLAP, DM), for the following reasons:
First) Most of the studies have adopted these
techniques as shown in Table (1).
Second) are basic techniques, especially for
educational organizations that want to adopt a
business intelligence system, where ETL is the
data acquisition technology, OLAP, DM are
technologies for processing and analyzing data.
Below is a brief explanation of these techniques:

1) ETL Data Integration Technology
(Extraction, Transformation, Load)
This technology, as explained by [23] is the basis
for business intelligence to migrate data, convert
data from one format to another, or transfer data.
In order to enable business operations and extract
data from different heterogeneous database And
converting it into a unified standard format by
purifying and applying the various processes and
uploading them to the data warehouse as shown in
Figure (2). [15] indicated that the Data Integration
Technology (ETL) is a software tool designed to
automatically perform three main functions:
(Extraction, Transformation, Load). [18] defined
the data integration technology (ETL) as it is a set
of procedures through which data is extracted
from many databases, applications, and systems,
transferred and loaded from the intended database.
The Data Integration Technology (ETL) activities
include the following points [24]:-
x Identify and extract relevant information on
the source side.
x Adaptation and integration of information
received from multiple sources in a common
format.
x Clean up the resulting data set on the basis of
databases and business rules.
x Data dissemination to the data warehouse
and / or data sets.

The following is an explanation of the ETL
functions:
a) Extraction
[26]indicated that it is the first stage. As the
heterogeneous data is extracted from the operating
systems, hence reducing its quantity by deleting
any unrelated data sets, and that extraction should
not be done in a way that negatively affects the
performance of the different systems. [17]
explained that this stage is where the data files are
examined and that they are of a specific format, it
will be rejected where all the data is correct. [27]
 set goals for the extraction function, perhaps the
most important of which are:
x Selection of critical data to support
organizational decision-making.
x Send the extracted data to a temporary storage
area called the staging area before the
conversion and disinfection process.
x Through it avoids the need to extract data
again in the event of any problem.
b) Transformation
[20] indicated that at this stage the extracted data
is transformed and is the most complex among
ETL processes, at this stage, the data will be
transformed into the required image in the data
warehouse. As the transformation process is
carried out through traditional programming, text
languages or SQL. The goal of the cleaning and
conversion phase, as defined [15] is to improve
the quality of the data extracted from various
sources. Obtaining summaries that will reduce the
required response time through subsequent queries
and analyzes for which the data warehouse has
been allocated, by correcting discrepancies,
inaccuracies and missing values. At this stage,
some of the main deficiencies are removed during
the data cleansing stage, namely:
x discrepancies between values recorded in
different attributes have the same meaning;
x Duplication of data,
x missing data;
x The presence of unacceptable values.
c) Load
[14] stated that the load includes loading the data
to the data warehouse with the data that has been
collected and classified, taking into account
reducing the time required to transfer data. [19]
indicated that it means loading the cleaned data to
the data warehouse. [26] showed that loading is
the final stage, as the converted or formatted data
is loaded to the warehouse database, during the
load process, the warehouse is idle, therefore, the
load elements should be designed to focus on
efficiency and performance to reduce the time that
the data warehouse is Idle.
2) OLAP technology (On-Line Analytical
Processing)
[28] indicated that it is a technology that helps to
manage, process and display data in a multi-
dimensional environment for analysis purposes, in
addition to supporting decision-making processes
and generating reports depending on the data
warehouse. [1] showed that this technology is of
great importance because:
a) It appears as one of the solutions to solve
operational database problems,

b) A technology that enables users to perform
analysis of detailed data from multiple
perspectives. It adopts a multi-dimensional
approach to implementing the analytical
database.
c) The analytical database analyzes the complex
relationship between millions of records to
identify trends and patterns.
d) It stores static data type like derived and
computed data to provide in real time
whenever managers request it.
3) Data Mining Technology (DM)
[29] indicated that due to the increasing size of
data bases and warehouses and the presence of a
huge amount of data, information of strategic
importance disappears, the DM technique is of
great importance in data processing and analysis,
to gain access to useful information, unknown
patterns and signs, it is the process of detecting
and finding useful information through the use of
a set of complex tools, including statistics and
graphing tools. [30] explained that DM
technology helps organizations capture the
undiscovered knowledge found in large databases.
Providing managers with a new deep
understanding to improve business performance.
Based on this, business intelligence is a strategic
path, it works to employ many technologies,
methodologies and applications to achieve the
goals of the organizations, exploiting
opportunities, discovering new knowledge.
IV:REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE
MANAGEMENT
The world has launched today into a new age,
In it, investment in knowledge and intellectual
assets is the most important pillar on which it is
based, it is the age of knowledge, which is one of
his most important requirements, not only do
organizations provide information, rather, the
necessity of using capabilities, skills, and thinking
techniques on this information.
A. Knowledge management (concept, objectives
and benefits)
[31] indicated that knowledge is a valuable
resource and a major factor for any successful
organization, this knowledge must be managed
properly as it is a power, both [32] defined that
knowledge management are tools, techniques and
strategies for retaining, analyzing, organizing,
improving and sharing experiences. [33] also
explained that they are the processes leading to
(generating, transforming, using) knowledge, to
complete business processes such as strategic
planning, problem solving, crisis management,
education, and decision-making. As for [34], he
knew it. It is a management approach that
 transforms the intellectual business assets of the
employees in the organization into a force of
higher performance, competitive strength, and
added value. While [9] defined the objectives of
knowledge management as follows:
1) Identify and collect knowledge and provide it
in the appropriate form and speed to be used at the
right time;
2) Building information bases to store knowledge,
provide it and retrieve it when needed;
3) Facilitate the process of exchange and sharing
knowledge;
4) Transferring internal and external knowledge to
knowledge that can be invested in business
processes;
5) Contribute to solving the problems facing the
organization.
[35] has indicated that among the benefits of
knowledge management for the organization. It
adds values to the organization, through several
methods, the most important of which are (speed
of decision-making, competitive advantage,
innovation).
B. requirements of knowledge management
The application of the concept of requirements of
knowledge management the availability of a set of
basic requirements in the organization, researchers
views differ regarding the requirements of
knowledge management, the researchers opinions
of the most important of these requirements will
be reviewed, as shown in Table (2):

Accordingly, researchers will adopt the following
requirements:
1) Availability of the necessary (technical)
infrastructure of technology
[41] emphasized the need for knowledge
management to apply information technology to
improve knowledge creation, organization,
sharing and application, these technological tools
are among the important foundations without
which knowledge management cannot be fully
implemented and practiced, an electronic business
is a description of an organization that invests its
full capabilities from information technology,
modernize its business processes in order to

achieve the best value. [34] considered
information technology an important requirement
for knowledge management, by investing a set of
technologies and concepts in the generation,
acquisition, dissemination and retention of
knowledge, and which highlights its importance in
a number of applications, including (document
processing, decision support systems, expert
systems, the Internet). [42] explained that
information technology is of great importance in
the process of knowledge exchange, the
technological infrastructure of the organization
aims to put resources in an innovative basis that
leads to the improvement of knowledge. As [38]
showed that knowledge discovery technology can
be very effective for organizations that want to
obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.
2) Provide the necessary human resources
[37] indicated that the availability of the necessary
human resources is one of the most important
requirements of knowledge management, and on it
depends the success of knowledge management in
achieving its goals, [42] considered human
resources an important feature that must be taken
into consideration when an organization deals
with knowledge, as the employees are the basis of
the existence of the organization, explained [43]
that knowledge management has a close
relationship with human resource performance,
and it has an effective role in developing its
performance, [43] added that information
technology has an important role in improving the
performance of human resources, by achieving the
scientific method in dealing with data and
information, which leads to raising the level of
performance, increasing the value of the
organization, effective decision-making. [39]
confirmed that knowledge management needs a
specific group in the organizational structure of
the organization responsible for collecting and
classifying knowledge.
3) Organizational leadership
[9] indicated that knowledge management requires
an extraordinary style of leadership to be able to
lead others, and achieve the highest level of
performance in the organization, and leadership
must focus on the following:
a) Creating a culture that embraces and promotes
knowledge;
b) Providing the appropriate organizational
climate that would preserve knowledge makers
and increase their loyalty;
c) The need to empowering employees and
provide the necessary support to enhance the
required technology;
 d) Establishing an infrastructure for knowledge,
and providing systems that enhance and
facilitate the process of sharing and
exchanging knowledge application.
[44] explained that the leader represents the
cornerstone in designing and structuring the
success of the organization when designing all
forms of knowledge management strategies, the
leader has to be creative in finding new methods
and styles. (Hassan) added that the leader's roles
in the framework of knowledge management are
as follows (Identifying the forms of knowledge,
building a knowledge management strategy,
implementing knowledge management, assessing
knowledge management).
THE THIRD AXIS
V. THE PRACTICAL PART
A: Description of the field of study (an
introduction) of the Northern Technical University
and some of its formations.
Northern Technical University is a public
technical university established in the academic
year 2014-2015, the university includes five
technical colleges and 15 technical institutes in the
governorates of Nineveh, kirkuk and Salah al-Din.
It is a new university from the formations of the
Technical Education Authority. Associated with
the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific
Study. The university site is located in the city of
Mosul. Northern Technical University aims to
(Preparing technical staff with highly specialized
skills that can adapt to environmental variables,
especially technological ones, providing a
scientific and applied study environment capable
of dealing and interacting with the labor market,
and benefit and exchange experiences with
sobriety international technical universities
through twinning, taking care of the student from
the intellectual, educational and health aspects,
and providing them with science and knowledge
to achieve their goals and future ambitions).

B: Description of study variables and their
diagnosis
1) Description of business intelligence
techniques: In order to answer the first study
question "What is the level of business
intelligence techniques in the organizations under
study?" , the results, as shown in Table No. (4),
showed agreement ratios, arithmetic mean, and
standard deviations of business intelligence
techniques in the organizations under study.
Where there is a good agreement percentage, as
indicated by the results, as the percentages of total
agreement for business intelligence technologies
and their computational milieu were higher than
the hypothetical mean (3). The higher arithmetic
mean at the level of overall indicators is due to the
(OLAP technique) dimension of On-Line
Analytical Processing, in which the percentage of
agreement was (71.3%), with a mean (3.89) and a
standard deviation of (0.77). This indicates that
(OLAP technology) contributes for analyzing and
presenting data in a manner that everyone
understands, it is also a technique used by the
organizations under study to provide management
with reports on performance, because of its ability
to capture useful data.

2) Description of requirements of knowledge
management: For the purpose of answering the
second question of the included study " What is
the level of requirements of knowledge
management in the organizations under study?" ,
the results of the study indicated, as shown in
Table (5), the percentages of the agreement, the
arithmetic mean, and the standard deviation of
requirements of knowledge management in the
organizations under study, where the results
confirmed the presence of agreement percentage,
the mean, and the standard deviation (72.3%),
(3.87), (0.79), respectively. The arithmetic mean
was higher than the hypothetical mean (3). This
supports the organizations under study endeavor
to provide a computerized system and high-
quality computers which enables it to store data in
places designated for this purpose, as well as
providing technologies capable of creating and
sharing knowledge.

C. Test the study hypotheses
1) Analyzing the results of the correlation between
business intelligence techniques and requirements
of knowledge management
For the purpose of testing the first main
hypothesis, which states " There is a significant
correlation between business intelligence
techniques and requirements of knowledge
management" . As well as the answer to the third
question involved "(What is the nature of the
relationship between business intelligence
techniques and requirements of knowledge
management . The results indicated that there is a
significant correlation between business
intelligence techniques and requirements of
knowledge management, this is reflected by the
correlation coefficient (0.695 *) at a significant

strength of the relationship between business
intelligence techniques and requirements of
knowledge management. As business intelligence
techniques have an effective and important role in
enhancing requirements of knowledge
management, through its ability to extract data,
and Table (6) illustrates that relationship.

The indicators in Table No. (7) indicate the
existence of correlations between the dimensions
of business intelligence technologies (ETL
technology, OLAP technology, DM technology)
and the requirements of knowledge management
variable. It is inferred from the indications, to the
existence of a positive significant correlation
relationship between requirements of knowledge
management and each of (ETL technology, OLAP
technology, DM technology), As the correlation
coefficient reached (0.593, 0.651) at a significant
level (0.05), in light of this, the results indicate a
strong relationship between the dimensions of
business intelligence techniques and the variable
requirements of knowledge management, thus, the
sub-hypothesis emanating from the first main
hypothesis, which states: " There is a significant
correlation between each business intelligence
technology (ETL technology, OLAP technology,
DM technology) and requirements of knowledge
management. ". The requirements of knowledge
management have an important role in
implementing knowledge management by creating
an infrastructure for the organization to reach the
maximum possible use of knowledge, by investing
in a range of technologies that work to extract
knowledge from databases, this knowledge
enables organizations to store, transfer and apply
knowledge, in a way that makes it capable of
taking strategic, tactical and operational decisions
at all levels of the organization.

on the requirements of knowledge management
The content of this relationship is a test for the
fourth question of the study which stipulates
which amounted to (7,323), it is greater than its
tabular value of (4.000) within the level of
significance (0.05) and with two degrees of
freedom (1,56). The determination factor (R2)
indicates that (0.534) of requirements of
knowledge management are explained by

business intelligence techniques in the
organizations under study. This result is
supported by the value (B1), which indicates that
(0.636) of requirements of knowledge
management in the organizations under study is
the result of changing one unit of business
intelligence techniques. Based on the results, the
second main hypothesis will be accepted.

Table (9) presents the impact relationships for
the dimensions of business intelligence
technologies (ETL technology, OLAP
technology, DM technology) in requirements
knowledge management, as the results of the
analysis show that there is a significant impact of
business intelligence techniques on the
requirements of knowledge management in the
organizations under study, where the highest
impact of the dimension (OLAP technology) was
indicated in requirements of knowledge
management, this impact is enhanced by the
calculated (F) value of (21.132), It is greater than
its tabular value of (4.000) at a significant level
(0.05), and with two degrees of freedom (1,56),

VI. CONCLUSIONS AND
RECOMMENDATION
Conclusions and recommendations
A: the conclusions
1) There is a high level of business intelligence
techniques at the Northern Technical University
and some of its formations, this indicates the
interest of these organizations in business
intelligence technologies, specifically with
respect to the OLAP technology variable, That
contribute to data analysis and presentation in a
manner that everyone understands.
2) There is a high level of the requirements of
knowledge management in the organization
under study, this indicates the awareness of these
organizations of the importance of enhancing the
requirements of knowledge management,
specifically, the requirement to provide the
necessary infrastructure (technology).
3) The results of the statistical analysis showed
that there is a strong significant correlation
between business intelligence techniques and
knowledge management requirements, this is
reflected by the correlation coefficient of (0.695
*) at the level of significance (0.05).
4) The results indicated that there is a strong
correlation between each of the business
intelligence technologies represented (ETL
technology, OLAP technology, DM technology)
and knowledge management requirements. This
is supported by the correlation coefficient
between (0.593, 0.651) at a significant level of
(0.05).
5) The results of the statistical analysis showed
that there is a significant influence between
business intelligence techniques on knowledge
management requirements. This impact assigns
the calculated value of (F), whose value was
(7.323), which is greater than its tabular value of
(4.000) within a significant level of (0.05).
