We are students of Estanza National High School from Grade 12-Humss and are
presently conducting o research paper entitled "The Effects of Mobile Legends in the
Academic Performance in Mathematics subject of Grade 8 Student in Estanza National
High School"

In this regard the researcher will collect information to 20 students for every
section of Grade 8. We are seeking your consent to ask for your student to answer the
