Ethics Code Sample Provision

Whistleblowing and Anti-Retaliation Provision

Company Name has a whistleblowing program and strongly enforces its anti-retaliation of

whistleblowers policies.

A whistleblower can be any employee, supplier, contractor, and anyone else who may come

across information about Company Name that they would like to raise. Company Name has a

robust whistleblowing program which encourages everyone to raise concerns to a

whistleblowing hotline or email address, which can be reached at (XXX)-XXX-XXX and

whistleblowing@companyname.com. Concerns will then be investigated, and the whistleblower

will be alerted of the outcome of the investigation.

Company Name has a strict no tolerance policy against retaliation of whistleblowers. Raising

Concerns is not always an easy thing to do, and Company Name wishes to support

whistleblowers to raise concerns so that Company Name can quickly investigate any ethical

concerns which Company Name believes will benefit Company Name, other fashion brands, and

the wider community.
