Title: Regeneration of Graphite anode and Li Metal recovery from used LFP Batteries.
 Developed industry-based, cost-effective, and eco-friendly recycling process and executed plans to meet
objectives and commitments.
 Successfully manually dismantled the spent Li-ion batteries in an argon-filled glove box.
 Extracted anode (Graphite) from spent Li-ion battery and electrochemically exfoliated into graphene.
 Electrochemically recycled valuable lithium metal from spent Li-ion batteries.
 Project Assistant, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Delhi), India (July 2022 –Aug. 2022)
Title: Removal of Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) from drinking water
 Developed an eco-friendly methodology for catalyst synthesis, catalytic degradation of DDT, and reaction
monitoring.
 Synthesized heterogeneous catalyst and used in DDT removal from drinking water application.
 Degraded by-products were analyzed via GC-MS & HPLC.
 Research Internship, Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Mohali, India (Aug. 2021 – June 2022)
Title: Transition Metal Phosphides/Oxides: An Efficient, Robust Catalyst for Energy Conversion &
Photocatalytic Dye Degradation.
 Successfully adopted a cost-effective approach for the in-situ growth of selenium-anchored Ni 5P4 on top of
the 3D interconnected carbon framework designed on a cheap porous carbonaceous melamine foam
matrix.
 Synthesized Graphene-CNTs on the top of the melamine foam via thermal CVD followed by Ta 2O5
deposition via sputtering & E-beam evaporation techniques.
 Synthesized heterostructure was tested for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction.
 The electrocatalytic performance was analyzed in terms of a low overpotential of 130 mV@10 mA/cm 2
with a small Tafel slope of 98 mV/dec.
 Research Internship, CSIR-National Physical Laboratory, India (Dec. 2019 – June 2020)
Title: Investigations on the Yellow-Emitting-Glass-Phosphor Integrated Blue Laser-Induced White Light for the
Next Generation Lighting Application.
 Developed a facile synthesis method for the synthesis of Y 3 − xAl5O12:xCe3+ (x = 0.03–0.24) yellow phosphor
via the sol-gel method.
 Synthesized a tellurate glass via melt-quenching method and developed a phosphor in glass (PiG) matrix.
 PiG integrated with blue laser diode has produced highly efficient white light in comparison with the
conventional technology.
 Research Internship, Jamia Millia Islamia University, India (Apr. 2019 – June 2019)
Title: Synthesis of Zinc Oxide and their characterization.
 Synthesized Zinc oxide nanoparticle via sol-gel method.
 The structure of the nanoparticle was analyzed using XRD, FTIR, UV-Visible, etc.
Awards And Achievements
 Qualified India’s most prestigious and competitive exam M.Tech (Nanotechnology).
 This is an entry-level test for the postgraduation program.
 Over 1.5 lakh candidates take part in this entry-level exam every year and only the top 25 students get
selected.
 Gold Medalist in M.Tech (Nanotechnology)
 Got the first position among 25 students.
 Selected to volunteer for India’s first-ever science exhibition “Vigyan Samagam” at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi,

 Selected as a volunteer among the top 60 candidates from various degree holders who participated
from all over Delhi.
 Seven mega project models have been displayed namely: ITER, CERN, FAIR, INO, LIGO, SKA, and
TMT.
 Receive the first prize (cash prize with 1500/ INR) in the Hindi pakhwada quiz, held on 14 th - 28th Sep. 2020 at
