student development, try to recruit families as volunteers and audiences, involve families in

governance and advocacy, and the last is Coordinate all kinds of colleges and groups to
encourage and support school programs. Meanwhile, in non-traditional approaches, the role
of schools is more dominant, starting from improve mutual understanding of schools and
families, indicate cultural structures of family and society in the school program, provide
parental education which is about comprehending school community, try to enhance parental
advocacy that gives information parents how to support their children, teachers parental
empowerment through parent-initiated efforts at the school, and the last is apply practices
about communication which are suitable culturally and linguistically.
