As more people come back to our parish, are we actually stronger and more prepared
to help them find Jesus than we were before? As staff and key volunteers we must
have strong personal relationships with each other to be our best as we shepherd those
returning to St. Faustina.

There are three simple, doable and undeniably important conversations that we should
have to help develop these strong personal relationships. Each of these conversations
will be facilitated by a member of the Parish Leadership Team and include about 10
others from staff and key volunteers. These meetings will take place utilizing Zoom and
each should last about 60 to 90 minutes. Your facilitator will reach out soon to schedule
these conversations. I know we all have so many demands for our time, but I
encourage you to make every effort to attend each of the Zoom meetings.

The experience you gain from the three conversations will be very enriching! The
blessings of strong personal relationships should expand beyond staff and key
volunteers. We ask that once you have finished the three conversations, you then lead
those in your ministry or Small Christian Community in the three conversations.

I believe that St. Faustina will look and feel differently a month from now, and for years
to come as we become more effective showing God’s deep Love and Mercy to the rest
of St. Faustina Parish.
