When your driver is involved in a collision with a third party
Reporting driver it is recommended that they gather the following
Check List information. Providing training to your drivers on this
requirement is recommended. Having this list included in a
reporting pack in the glove box of the vehicle will help your
driver to remember to collect all the necessary information
to assist in effective claims management.

Photographs
Take photographs:
• From your drivers’ seat
• Of your vehicle damage
• Of the damage to the third party vehicle
• Of the other side of the third party vehicle and your own vehicle to record any
existing damage
• Of the general scene of the accident showing signposts, street furniture and
other distinguishing features that will allow the scene to be located again.

• Hand the third party your AXA Insurance Accident Card
• Telephone your accident management company or broker, or
