Given are the tables comparing the viewpoints of urban population in terms of 6 fields

of life from 1980 to 2010.

Overall, good points were the vast majority of opinions over the period given. In

addition, education and healthcare were the highest rank, while shops,

accommodation, transport system and environment had the most negative feedback.

nhất → Healthcare + transport + accommodation tăng mạnh ở good viewpoints.

In 1980, 82% of good opinion was in education, while the good rates for shops ,

environment and healthcare were 75,72 and 64 %, respectively. By contrast, the

figures for transport system and accommodation were under 60%, while 34% of

neither good or bad views was for accommodation and 31% for transport system.

Meanwhile, transport system and shops had the same negative feedback, at 14%,

whereas healthcare received 12% which was double the figure for education (6%).

In 2010, the good opinions for healthcare and shops were increased to 83% and 81%.

The similar patterns were true for 2 other fields except for education and environment,
which fell to 76% and 64%, respectively. Meanwhile, accommodation received 18%

bad points, compared to environment with 20%, a rise of 12%. Finally, the middle

viewpoints saw a significant drop over a period of 30 years.
