• Medium of instruction should be simple and good English while writing the report. Avoid
grammatical errors.
• Avoid ambiguity define and clearly state the problem and objectives.
• The report should also include a Certificate from the guide and acknowledgments for support
provided by different people while undertaking the project (if any)
• The report should be in around 40 to 50pages. (minimum) Font: Times New Roman, Size:
Heading 14 Text 12, Alignments: Paragraph Justify, Page Margin: Left 3cm inch, Right, Top,
Bottom 2.5 cm.
• The following should be included in the Project Report as preliminary pages (before
introduction) in the same sequence as given below:
1) Acknowledgment - to all those who have helped the student complete the project.
2) Certificate from the guide (if help from a guide has been taken).
3) Timeline Card / Project Progress Report
4) Table of contents, chapter wise with the appropriate page numbers.
5) Actual project content following the given format.
IV) Depending on the course objectives, the examiner may evaluate the learning of
students on the following criteria:
• The fundamental knowledge of the student with regards to the questionnaire, the
nature of questions.
• The student's understanding of the problem area after data collection through survey
method.
