IESCO 2022-23 Tender Notice for Materials

IESCO seeks to invite sealed tenders from the firms / manufacturers who are pre-qualified /
registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / Standard & Specification, NTDC
Lahore or with WAPDA/PEPCO/any DISCO for the year 2022-23 for supply of following material
on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajjar & Wah:

The tenders will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives
(bearing authority letters) who attend O/O Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Head
Office G-7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad. Material shall conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC
Specifications (amended to date).
Terms & Conditions
1. Tenders will be opened on “Single Stage single Envelope basis”.

2. The price should be firm and final on FCS basis and without involving any foreign exchange.

3. The bid is valid for a period of 60 days.

4. Tender must be accompanied with Bank Guarantee / Bid Security @ 2% in favour of Chief Executive
Officer IESCO Islamabad of the offered quantity valid for 90 days (Ninety days) in the form of Bank
Guarantee/Call Deposit issued by any schedule Bank of Pakistan (having rating A+ or above).
5. Written application on company’s letter head along with copies of registration with sales tax
department (STRN), NTN # etc should be produced at the time of issuance of tender documents.

6. Tender forms including terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Material Management
IESCO Islamabad against non-refundable amount of Rs.3000/- on any working day during office
hours till a day earlier from the date of opening of tenders.

7. In case of holiday announced by the Govt. of Pakistan, strike in IESCO or any other reasons
whatsoever due to which this office remains closed on the above schedule tender opening date, the
tender will be opened on next working day at same time and place/venue.

8. The bid should be for full quantity of tender and bid for less quantity of tender will not be accepted.

9. No tender will be issued on the date of opening of tenders.

10. IESCO reserves its rights to cancel/reject the conditional bid.
