Mohan Lal Chahar, CGM/S&T Ref: Office Order No.886/2022 dtd. 08.12.2022 Pursuant to the Officer Order No. 886/202 dated 08.12.2022 issued by CMD/ IRCON regarding suspension of Shri Mohan Lal Chahar, CGM (S&T), (Employee Code — 10001466/ M3966), the General Power of Attorney issued in favour of Shri Mohan Lal Chahar, CGM/S&T on 16.01.2020 for carrying on the business of the Company in connection with all Signalling & Telecommunication Projects both inside and outside India, hereby stands cancelled and withdrawn with immediate effect, Shri Mohan Lal Chahar is not authorised to use the Power of Attorney for any activity in connection with the business of Ircon International Limited (IRCON) and any act done by Shri Mohan Lal Chahar in the name of and for and on behalf of IRCON will be treated as invalid and will not be binding on the Company. This is issued with the approval of Competent Authority.
