These days, the diversity of civilization across the globe is a topic of discussion among many. Every
nation has their own traditions, and they give respect to these values. As a result, numerous people
consider it a main issue while travelling to various locations. This essay will look at the core causes of it
and propose a few solid solutions.

Firstly, one of the major reasons for the problem is the lack of understanding related to the history and
background of any country. In other words, although the technology has advanced a lot, yet people are
unaware about the rituals followed by different civilizations around the world. For example, the rich
culture and role of Mughal Empire in the sub-continent is unknown to many, especially the young
generation. The solution is for the government that the students must be thought at least to two or
three customs prevailing in the society, through their textbooks, in order to develop their interest in
attaining further knowledge on this subject.

Secondly, the other issue is the movement of travellers without prior information on the customs
followed by that nation. That is to say, if a person has no knowledge on the values of a society, it will be
difficult for him to adjust or enjoy there. For instance, one should learn to speak in Spanish as he plans
to tour Spain for better communication with the locals there. The solution is for the international
embassies that they should arrange a training session, regarding a brief history on their culture, for the
visitors who have provided with the visa.

In conclusion, it is an undeniable fact that the knowledge on values followed by a society is inevitable as
the world is turning into a global village. However, every government shall make efforts and play their
part to remove these barriers so that the lives of nationals become easier.
