Dear Home,

I just came to The New World and it was amazing. I

went to this restaurant called “The Tenochtitlan Kitchen”
and the food was oddly spectacular, it tasted really good. I
got to try all these exotic and new foods that I’ve never
tasted before like Duck Confit Bean Stew which I ate as
my main dish, Venison as my side dish, and Cacao
Grasshoppers as my dessert. I decided to set up camp for
the night when I started to notice how much we were
impacting the New World. I started to see more people
speaking Spanish, which is our language. I also saw more
people believing in our religion, Catholicism. I started
seeing more of our animals like Cows, Horses, Sheep,
Pigs, and Chicken, which really helped the New World.
Especially the horses which allowed them to be able to
travel faster and carry more supplies with them. However,
I also started seeing a lot of people get sick each and
every day quickly. There were so many diseases I've
never seen before coming out of nowhere and hurting
people. I've decided that I am leaving today but it was still
super fun

Sincerely,
Samuel Ramos
