Accordingly, the address Sertung Village Development Committee Ward No. 8,

Dhading,  Nepal has been changed into Ruby Valley Rural Municipality Ward No. 3,
Dhading,  Bagmati Province, Nepal. Thus, both the addresses as Sertung Village
Development  Committee Ward No. 8, Dhading, Nepal and Ruby Valley Rural
Municipality, Ward No. 3, Dhading, Bagmati Province, Nepal belongs to Miss Laxmi
Tamang being found on  her concerned documents are same and fact. 
This is to certify that the spelling of our Rural Municipality is written as ‘Rubi Valley’.
Whereas  the spelling of our Rural Municipality in Rural Municipality Office letter head is
mentioned as  ‘Ruby Valley’. We are using both spelling Ruby Valley and Rubi Valley of
our rural  municipality name and do not give different meaning. Therefore, it seems little bit
different but  both belongs to our Rural Municipality Office.
