In response to Advertisement No 1/2020, (Vacancy Notice) it is observed that

few applicants had submitted their application at an email address other than
the specified email address for that particular post in the said advertisement or
had only submitted their resume without filling the application form of the
hospital and undertaking.
In view of which, applications of such candidate shall not be considered by
RGSSH.
Therefore, all applicants are advised to re- confirm through their sent box that
they have submitted their applications in the application form along with
undertaking at the specified email address for the said post to which they intend
to apply before close of last date of applications.
In all such cases, applicants are once again advised to re-submit their
applications in application form of hospital along with under taking at the
specified email address only as mentioned against each post before close of last
date of application.
Later, NO request shall be considered, to accept the applications sent on other
email address or through any other mode and all such application forms shall be
rejected without any further communication with the applicant.
