Terms and conditions of contract appointment for Staff Nurses 1. The engagement is purely contractual against sanctioned post upto 28/02/2013 or till the post is filled on regular basis whichever is earlier. 2. 3. The contarctee will be paid, a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 22,935/- per month for duties actually performed. The contractual appointee will be not be entitled to any other allowance/financial benefits or concessions as admissible to Govt. employees. 4. The contractee will not be conferred any right for regular appointment to any post and is liable to be terminated by the employer at any time without any notice. 5. The contractee shall be on the whole time appointment of the hospital and shall not accept other appointment paid or other wise and shall not engage herself/himself in private practice of any kind during the period of contract. 6. The duties of the contractee is that of a staff nurse and is liable to work in the hospital general duties hours/shift duties if any of the departments as assigned by the concerned ANS/DNS. 7. The employee shall have to give one month notice or deposit an amount equal to one month remuneration if he/she wishes to terminate the contract immediately. 8. Leave entitlement for the above posts will be two and half days accrued leave for each complete calendar month; No other leave will be admissible. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. Candidates applying under OBC category, the OBC certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi will only be considered. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post. If any declaration/ information furnished is found false or in any material /fact suppressed the contractual appointment will be terminated forth with. The decision on the selection board regarding selection of the candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in the regard. 14. The candidates while appearing for interview will produce all original documents alongwith attested photocopies of all testi monials /certificates and one passport size photograph and character certificate from any Central/State Govt. Gazetted Officer. 19. Applications received after due date will not be entertained. Hospital has no responsibility in postal delay. 20. The contractual engagement is further subject to medical fitness to be conducted by L.B.S. Hospital.

Age Limit:

Upper age limit is 30 years as on 12.11.2012. Relaxation for SC, ST & OBC candidates

will be as per rules.

Education & Other Qualification: 1. Matric pass from a recognized University/Board/School or equivalent. 2. A Grade certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution . 3. Certificate in Midwifery. 4. Registered with Nursing Council as A Gr. Staff Nurse and Midwife. Fee Payable: The candidates except SC/ST, have to submit a D.D. for Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of in Medical Superintendent, L.B.S. Hospital, -which is not refundable along with application.
