2. Junk foods are defined as processed foods with negligible nutrient
value and are often high in salt, sugar and fat. But we often confuse
fast foods with junk foods. Junk-food is also readily available at
restaurant chains across the country in the form of French fries,

terribly healthy, one study indicated that there may be something about
fast food that actually encourages gorging.
