1 . Checkingtheearthandearthleakagecircuitbreaker
Before using the machine, check if power device connected to this machine is equipped with
a residual-current operated circuit breaker suitable for industrial safety and health laws and t
echnology standards ofelectric equipment.
Always earth this machine. When using a power supply device suitable for an earth leakage
circuit breaker operating with maximum 15mAof rated sensitivity current and maximum 0.1 s
econd ofoperating time, it is recommended toearth the machine for safety.a
If you have a testing machine or insulation meter, check any correlation between earth clip and
metal frame of the machine. Earthing (to connect earth wires to earth rod (earth plate or earth
bar) buried in the earth should be done by a qualified electrician.

2. Connecting wire
If connecting wire can be used for a power device in the distance, it should be thick enough to
transmit the current. Besides, the product should be ensured to use effectively to the maximum
without trouble. Connecting wire to be used should be a Three-core cabtyre cable with earth
cores.
3. Properworkenvironment
Workshop should be arranged in order according to the clauses in the operation manual.
Noise control
Noise is controlled according to the relevant principles. The machine should
be operated under the control values to avoid inconvenience to the vicinity.
Under certain situations, noise barriers may be necessary.
