    This bank
    founded by lgnacio
    obtained the
    concessionorthe Ban0o de Santa Eulalia in 1888. Rwas

    absorbed by EI Banco Minero. All notes were printed by the American Bank Note Co., New
    York. The portrait of Mguei Hidalgoy Costila appoars on the front of all denominations. A
    branch office was opened in Gomez Palacio. In 1897 the legord on the higher value notes
    was changed from En Moneda de Plata Dei Cuno Maxicano" to "ALa Par, En Efectivo'
    The Gomez Palacio branch overprint is known on 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 peso
    notes.
