with the state of the art equipment and skilled technical team to make every
event memorable. Our goal is to showcase a unique experiential journey
through our various customized digital setup.
 Marketing Department
The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of the
organization. It serves as the face of our company, coordinating and producing all materials
representing the business. Our job is to reach out to prospects, customers, investors and/or the
community, while creating an overarching image that represents our company in a positive light.
 Multimedia Creatives
A group of highly skilled professionals who create engaging presentations of images and
information for various platforms such as web, television, movies, and video games.
Creating visual effects that excite, explain, and entertain. MMC provides, generate or create
significant content solutions to our internal and external customers.
 Customer Service Relations
Our Customer Service Team aims to provide an exceptional service that leaves the
customer feeling valued and respected to ensure our company delivers the service
which creates the perfect experience for our customers.
 Administration Support
The Administration Support Department serves as link between the organization's various
departments and ensures the smooth flow of information from one part to the other. Our main
job is to ensure the efficient performance of all departments in an organization.
 Accounting and Inventory
The accounting department is responsible for recording and reporting the financial and
inventory status of the company. Our goal is to safeguard the company's finances and
assets and deliver timely regular reports.
 Project Management & Technical
Administration Support
The Project Management & Technical Administration Support Unit is composed of technical personnel
that has project management and engineering skills, information technology expertise, communication,
problem-solving, accuracy and reliability. The unit serves as information liaison to all units of the
Technical and Sales Departments in managing all of the accounts related to our clients.
 Engineering & Design Implementation
Oversees various civil, electrical and design projects for our organization. They collaborate with
other members of a design team, ensure projects are cost-effective, and maintain an up-to-
date understanding of their target market. We are committed to offer engineering solutions
that are practical and beneficial to clients and the company.
 IT and Engineering Software
The IT department oversees the installation and maintenance of computer
network systems both internal and external projects of the company. They also
provide software solutions and service maintenance across all digital platforms.
Technical Repair & Maintenance Group
The team aims to provide a strong after sales service, repair and maintenance of our
LED walls to internal and external clients. The ultimate goal of maintenance is to
provide optimal reliability which meets the business needs of the company.
 Technical Events - DES
The role of the Digital Events Solutions Technical Team is to provide fast and
effective way of managing the technical concerns of the the clients as well as
the Sales Team during events and equipment setup.
 Avolution Inc. Davao Branch
The Davao Team composes of individuals who excels in the field of technical,
administration, human resources, accounting and sales personnel who oversees
the business operations in Davao.
 Human Resources Department
Their role is to guide and support the needs of employees such as trainings, benefits,
manpower requirements and make it a priority to care for the well-being of the Employees.
