    You: Do you have these shoes in size four?

    Clerk: Let me check. I’ll be right back.

    You: Thanks.

    Clerk: I’m sorry, we only have in four and a half. Would you like to try them on?

    You: They are too big

    Clerk : We only have your size in black.

    You: Yes, but in fact I was looking for the brown ones

    Clerk: I’m sorry. You can come back next week, we may have them by then.

    You: All right. Thank you anyway.
