Change Management Approach

Any change to any component of the project management plan like subsidiary
plans or project baselines should be processed through integrated change
control.
Definition of Change

Schedule Change can be requested by any stakeholder for any variance

discovered related to start, end dates or durations of critical activities, project
milestones, schedule reserves or project start and end dates.
Scope Change can be requested by any stakeholder for any variance
discovered related to project deliverables, product scope, project exclusions,
project activities/work packages, activities descriptions mentioned in the WBS
dictionary.
Budget Change can be requested by any stakeholder for any variance
discovered related to activities cost or cost reserves.
Subsidiary Plan Change can be requested by any stakeholder for any
needed change in any subsidiary plan or any component of the project
management plan.
Project Document Change any update to any project document can be
performed after project manager approval and doesn't need to go through
integrated change control procedures.
