Hello,

I would like a website designed for my ERTC refund business. My goal is to have a site built
which is similar to innovationrefunds.com. The objective of the site is for clients to submit a form
to use our services.

Freelancer writeup:

I have sketched my homepage, but would like it to be designed further in either psd, ai, xd,
sketch or figma.

Color Scheme:
● I would like to use the color scheme from robinhood.com
Design
● I would like a design similar to salesforce.com. A lot of white with the green color from
robinhood.com as a contrast in limited places.
Homepage:
● I would like a logo to be made on the top left. The navigation bar should include the
following:
a. Logo
b. What is ERC?
c. FAQ
d. Contact Us
e. Login
f. Calculate my refund button
■ This should be the green color from robinhood.com
● Under the navigation bar, I would like large text on the left saying: Claim your refund of
up to $26,000 per employee
a. Under this text, I would like a green button saying “Qualify my business”
● On the right side, I would like a circular image of a business owner.
● In the second section of the homepage, I would like a 3 step infographic to be designed
with the following 3 steps
a. 1. Check Eligibility
b. 2. Submit supporting documents
c. 3. Get your refund
● In the third section of the homepage, I would like a “Why Us?” section
a. Include the title “Why us?” and have the following points
■ We don’t get paid unless you do
■ We specialize in securing ERC for our clients
■ Fast filing
● Once you get us the information we need to file for your business,
expect us to be filed within an industry leading 5-10 business
days.
■ Unlock the maximum claim
● Since we specialize in ERC, and work off of percentages we will
go to bat for you to maximize your claim. We will find every dollar
we can for you.
■ Include a “Get started” button in the same green on the bottom center of
the homepage.
FAQ Page - Same color scheme, but with the following FAQ’s
● FAQ Page
a. What is the Employee Retention Credit (ERC)?
■ The employee retention credit is a tax credit available to companies who
kept w-2 employees on payroll during the pandemic. If your business kept
employees on payroll during disruptions, you can qualify for up to $26,000
per employee.
b. Why should I use Refundsforme.com instead of my accountant?
■ With over 170 pages of IRS documentation covering the ERTC
regulations, most CPA’s do not have the time to file for the employee
retention credits for all of their clients. All we do at Refundsforme.com is
file for employee retention tax credits. We are able to take the time to get
the maximum refund for our clients.
c. Does my company qualify for an ERC refund?
■ There are many ways to qualify for the employee retention credit and the
majority of companies do qualify. Some qualifiers include
● being shut down due to the pandemic, being limited in
d. Can I claim the ERC credit if I already took a PPP loan?
■ Yes! While originally disallowed, the IRS amended guidance allowing for
employers to receive the ERC even if they have already received a PPP
loan.
e. What does this cost?
■ Pay nothing up front. We only get paid 10 percent of your claim when do!
f. How much can I qualify for?
■ The maximum ERC credit per employee is calculated differently in 2020
and 2021.
● For 2020, the maximum amount of wages used in the calculation
is $10,000 per employee from March 13 through the end of the
year. The ERC is 50% of those qualified wages. (Up to $5000 per
employee for 2020.)
● For 2021, the maximum amount of wages used in the calculation
is $10,000 per quarter for the first three quarters. The ERC is
70% of those qualified wages. This means up to $7,000 per
quarter for Q1, Q2, and Q3. (Up to 21k per employee
g. When does the ERC end?
■ The ERC is claimed by amending 941’s previously submitted. Typically,
the IRS allows you to amend your 941 up to 3 years after originally filing.
h. How long before I receive my check?
■ Our work will take 1-2 weeks. Once we submit your application, the IRS
will take a few months to send your check. The IRS is currently receiving
a flood of ERC applications and processing times have gone from 4-5
months up to 9-12 months. We recommend filing soon as the wait times
are only increasing.
i. Do I have to pay this back?
■ The ERC credit can be spent on whatever you deem necessary. It is your
reward for keeping employees on payroll during the pandemic.

What is ERC? Page - Same color scheme. Similar to the homepage, I would like the page to
have a first section with text and a call to action button on the left with an image on the right.

● The text on the left should read

○ What is ERTC?
■ Find out how businesses are getting refunds of $26,000 per employee.
Billions of dollars in refunds (from the IRS) are waiting to be claimed by
businesses who do not know about the ERC.
● Under this text, add a button with the text “Qualify my business”
■ On the right side, add an image of something that
goes with the theme of this page.
ertc#:~:text=The%20ERTC%20is%20a%20r
efundable,up%20to%20%2426%2C000%20
per%20employee.)
○ This page is a competitor to the
page I would like to create.
● In the next section of the site, it should contain short and sweet sections
○ What is ERTC?
■ The ERTC is a refund paid by the federal government which credits
businesses up to $26,000 per employee in the form of a check. The
Employee Retention Credit was a part of the CARES Act and has been
overlooked by many accountants and business owners.
○ Am I eligible for the ERC?
■ If you own a business for or non-profit which had W-2 employees in 2020
and/or 2021 which was affected by Covid-19, you are most likely eligible.
○ How can I claim te ERC?
■ Getmyrefund.com is the fastest and easiest way to claim your credit. We
have accountants and tax attorneys who can be at your disposal to get
you the maximum claim.
○ What is the Process with Getmyrefund.com?
■ We do our part as fast as possible to ensure your spot in line with the
IRS. Current wait times once we submit your claim with the IRS are 10+
months. Since the ERC is technically expired, you want to file as soon as
possible. We can still file for you retroactively by amending your previous
941’s.
● Have a call to action button under this text with text saying Qualify
My Business”
○ How much do I qualify for?
■ Use the built in calculator to see how much you qualify for:
● I will design a calculator to be embedded into this section.
