Based on what I read in Chapter 10, cybercriminology is essential, as it helps us see cybersecurity and

cybercrime as a whole and without limitations. According to the article called Cyber Criminology:
Evolution, Contribution, and Impact, establishes that this area of knowledge is made up of different
disciplines such as "criminology, sociology, psychology, victimology, information technology, and
computer / internet sciences"(). This is mainly because it helps to understand and analyze the behavior
of cybercriminals. Therefore, cybercrimonology plays a very important role in the investigation and
prevention of cybercrimes because it involves the perspectives of different areas that can help in the
development of theories with the aim of proposing scenarios that can be applied in case of cybercrime.
