It is often said that the main element that makes several workers stay in the workforce in
nowadays is salary finaincial issue. . In my view, I strongly agree with this idea, when the
money plays a major rule to maintain their living standard.
On the one hand, few dwellers would like to perform their jobs= employments with strong
happiness rather than making attention on salary. This group only focuses on achieving =
pursuing accomplishments in their sectors in oder to promote their carreer prospects. .
Nonetheless, in terms of salary, it rarely becomes a main target for those residents to reach.=
conquer. For example, a part of youngsters allocate a vast amount of time to research new
medical devices with a fulfilled spirit to support patients, while they still get = receive the
medium level of incomes in local hospitals in a long run.  although/ without caring about
their relatively low incomes.
Therefore, the important key, which is to keep those citizens who maintain their
employments , is personal happiness.
On the other hand, a great number of dwellers attempt to do their careers because of
economic profits. Firstly, the finance is seen as an important principle to exist on modern
community. If dwellers do not maintain their employments to earn the living costs, they will
suffer a large number of financial matters including taxes, economic crisis and family’s debts.
As a result, individuals do not have enough abilities = are seemed to lack of the ability to/ to
keep a peaceful and sustainable life. Secondly, many residents accept staying in the
workforce to earn the money, because of keeping their position in the community. those
above attempt to earn money from their segments to create valuable assets, which is only a
goal that to increase private reputations = gain personal reputations in the society.
In conclusion, a part of adults give comments that many citizens are still stay in the
workforce by an interesting mindset with their employments. In my opinion, I am one of
supporter with the suggestion that income is the most major factor, due to the fact that the
power of the finance can handle most financial problems to develop position in the
community.
