FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES

ONWO FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES are versatile food grade greases designed to
cover a wide range of food safe applications under extremes of temperature and
loading conditions under wet, saturated and dusty environments. ONWO FOODSAFE
PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES contain FDA listed ingredients, including extreme pressure/ anti-wear
additives and PTFE to provide a high degree of load carrying performance. ONWO
FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES are registered with NSF under category H1 for incidental
contact with food products.

Product Benefits
ONWO FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES provide long term lubrication at high
temperatures, extending lubrication intervals. These have excellent anti-wear
performance and excellent degree of water resistance, facilitating prolonged
component life, extended lubrication intervals and lasting protection against wear and
corrosion.

ONWO FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES are certified for use in and around food
processing areas in beverage and food industries including soft drink plants, breweries
and bakeries, as well as units manufacturing pharmaceutical and personal products.
ONWO FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES are suitable for all types of plain / antifriction
bearings as well as sliding surfaces and contact mechanisms in the food industry. ONWO
FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES have wide performance characteristics to enable
standardization of one product for most food applications.

ONWO FOODSAFE 1& 2 GREASES can be applied by hand or by standard grease gun.
These are also suitable for dispensation through a centralized system capable of
pumping No. 1 or No. 2 grease. As with all greases used for the first time, bearings and
lubricated parts should be cleaned thoroughly before packing fresh grease. Do not over-
lubricate and follow the instructions of the bearing manufacturer.

ONWO FOODSAFE PLUS 1 & 2 GREASES are available in packing of 1, 5 kg, 18 kg and 180
kg.

This product contains no genetically modified ingredients and does not contain any nut oil of derivatives.
