Introduction

All District Head Quarter Hospitals (DHQH) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have Physiotherapy
Department/Units where Physiotherapy services are available in door and outpatient.
We intend to design software with the following features.( To put data on a single click)
1. Where assessment and treatment of patient from admission to discharge plan by every
Physiotherapist.
2. Nature of Rehabilitation/disability/pain/ of patient.
3. Prognosis (mean what is the level of patient problem before & after discharge i.e. sever,
mild etc) of Patient by every Physiotherapist.
4. Referral Mechanism i.e. to other districts by every Physiotherapist.
5. Monthly Outcomes i.e.
a. Generate ID & Password for each Physiotherapist.
b. Patient History.
c. Monthly progress report. (Auto generate the graphs of no of patients with their
treatment) at each Physiotherapy Unit.
d. Daily patient data of each Physiotherapy Unit.
e. Performance of each Physiotherapist (How many patients assessed & treat by
each Physiotherapist and no of referral to other districts).
6. Required accessories and total cost for its proper Implementation at each Physiotherapy
unit to main Hub?
